It’s hard to imagine ever tiring of being on Loch Erin, but if you do, there’s plenty to do nearby.
- Michigan International Speedway is the place to be for NASCAR races, but you’ll also find festivals, concerts, and other community events there, too.
- Walter J. Hayes State Park, with public access to Wamplers Lake, is just a short drive away. You’ll find hiking trails, mountain biking, camping, and lots of other fun activates for the whole family.
- Have a green thumb, or just appreciate it when others do? Hidden Lake Gardens in Tipton is nearly 700 acres of natural beauty, owned by Michigan State University. From carefully cultivated demonstration gardens to rolling hills of native grasses, it’s a great place for a picnic or some bird watching.
Hungry after all that fun? Take a quick drive to Brooklyn to eat at J.R.’s Steakhouse, or head over to Clark Lake and enjoy the beautiful views from a table at The Pointe. The crab cakes at Jerry’s Pub have a loyal local following, so be sure to try them!
